Banana Nut Mango Muffins Recipe

Ingredients:   2 cups all-purpose flour 2 tsp baking soda 2 tsp Bickford Cinnamon Flavor ½ tsp salt 1 cup (2 sticks) spreadable margarine 1½ cups sugar 3 eggs 1 tsp Bickford Pure Vanilla Flavor 1 cup smashed banana (about 1 banana) 2 cups chopped walnuts 2 tbsp Bickford Mango Flavor Directions:   Preheat oven  to 350°.  Grease 12-cup muffin pan and set aside.  In medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and set aside.  In large bowl, with electric mixer, beat margarine sticks and sugar until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.  Beat in eggs, Bickford Pure Vanilla Flavor,...

Pumpkin Bread Recipe

  Ingredients:   2/3 cup shortening 2/3 cup sugar 4 eggs 2 cups pumpkin 1 tsp Bickford Pumpkin Flavor 2/3 cup water 3½ cups flour 2 tsp baking soda ½ tsp salt ½ tsp baking powder 1 tsp Bickford Cinnamon Flavor 2/3 cup nuts 2/3 cup raisins (optional) Directions:      Grease two loaf pans. Cream together shortening, sugar, stir in eggs, pumpkin, Bickford Pumpkin Flavor, Bickford Cinnamon Flavor and water.  Blend in flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, nuts and raisins.  Bake in 350° oven for approximately 65 minutes.   Image source: Flickr

Chocolate Covered Candy Creams Recipe

Ingredients: Cream Centers 8 oz cream cheese 2 lbs powdered sugar 1-3 tsp. variety of Bickford Flavors (ex. mint, pure vanilla, almond, anise, rum, cherry, orange, lemon) Food color of your choice   Chocolate for Coating 2-12 oz. bags of milk chocolate chips Directions: Soften cream cheese in microwave (approx. 30 seconds) or to room temperature.  Begin adding powdered sugar by the cup and work into cream cheese until it gets to be a firm batter.  Separate the ball into as many different balls as you want flavors.  Take each separate ball and make a well in the center and...

Natural Vanilla Coffee Creamer

Ingredients:   14 oz. sweetened condensed milk 16 oz. milk of choice (whole, 2%, etc.) 2 tsp. Bickford Pure Vanilla (or Bickford Flavors of your choice)   Directions:   In medium mixing bowl add all ingredients and whisk together.  Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate.    Pour desired amount into your morning coffee and enjoy!
