Pumpkin Soup Recipe

Ingredients:   1 med pumpkin, cleaned and seeded  1 butternut squash, cleaned and seeded  2 cloves garlic, minced 1 Spanish onion, diced 16 ounces chicken stock 8 ounces cream 1 tsp Bickford Cinnamon Flavor 1 bay leaf 1 tsp coriander, toasted and ground 1 tbsp Bickford Ginger Flavor 1 smoked chipotle pepper 1 cup hazelnuts, toasted Directions: Preheat oven to 275° F. Sweet Potato Kugel Recipe

Ingredients:   Vegetable oil spray 1 pound (about 2 medium) sweet potatoes ½ pound (about 1 medium) baking potato 1 medium carrot, finely grated ½ cup golden raisins 2 eggs ¼ cup orange juice 1 tbsp melted butter or vegetable oil 1 tsp Bickford Cinnamon Flavor ¼ tsp Bickford Nutmeg Flavor 1 tsp salt freshly ground black pepper ½ cup whole wheat bread or matzoh meal Directions: Heat oven to 350° F.
