Recipes — Raisins
Ingredients: 2/3 cup shortening 2/3 cup sugar 4 eggs 2 cups pumpkin 1 tsp Bickford Pumpkin Flavor 2/3 cup water 3½ cups flour 2 tsp baking soda ½ tsp salt ½ tsp baking powder 1 tsp Bickford Cinnamon Flavor 2/3 cup nuts 2/3 cup raisins (optional) Directions: Grease two loaf pans. Cream together shortening, sugar, stir in eggs, pumpkin, Bickford Pumpkin Flavor, Bickford Cinnamon Flavor and water. Blend in flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, nuts and raisins.
