Best Ever Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients:
  • 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker or chocolate cookie crust
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 tsp Bickford Peanut Butter flavor
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (16 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 12 miniature chocolate covered peanut butter cups, unwrapped and chopped into large chunks

Directions:
  1. Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, Bickford Peanut Butter flavor, and peanut butter together until smooth.
  2. Fold in 1/2 of the whipped topping.
  3. Spoon the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  4. Place the remaining whipped topping over the top of the peanut butter mixture and garnish with the peanut butter cups.
  5. Chill for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.

Pumpkin Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

 

  • 2/3 cup shortening
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups pumpkin
  • 1 tsp Bickford Pumpkin Flavor
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 3½ cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp Bickford Cinnamon Flavor
  • 2/3 cup nuts
  • 2/3 cup raisins (optional)

Directions: 

 

 

Grease two loaf pans. Cream together shortening, sugar, stir in eggs, pumpkin, Bickford Pumpkin Flavor, Bickford Cinnamon Flavor and water.  Blend in flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, nuts and raisins.  Bake in 350° oven for approximately 65 minutes.

Cranberry Almond Truffles Recipe

Ingredients:

 

  • 2/3 cup heavy cream
  • Pinch of salt
  • 9 oz bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, chopped into small pieces
  • ¼ tsp Bickford Chocolate Flavor
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ tsp Bickford Cranberry Flavor
  • 1/4 tsp Bickford Almond Flavor
  • ½ cup slivered almonds or unsweetened cocoa powder (optional)

Directions:

Bring cream, salt and flavors just to a boil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Remove pan from heat, add chocolate pieces and whisk until smooth. Stir in cranberries. Pour into a bowl; cool. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour; until mixture holds its shape when rolled between hands.
Preheat oven to 350˚ F. Place almonds on a pie plate; bake 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown. Let cool; finely chop and place in shallow bowl.  Line a jelly-roll pan with wax paper. Roll rounded teaspoons of chocolate mixture into 1-inch balls. Roll in almonds or cocoa powder if desired, place on pan. Refrigerate 30 minutes until set.

Easy Butter Cream Frosting Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Butter, softened
  • 4 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. any choice of Bickford Flavor
  • 5 to 6 tbs. 2% Milk

 

Directions:

In a large bowl cream butter untnil light and fluffy. Beat in cofectioner's sugar, flavor of choice, and milk to achieve desired consistency.

 

Flavor Ideas:

Vanilla, Maple, Lemon, Raspberry, Violet, or Champagne
