Easter Bunny Tails

Ingredients:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. Bickford Flavors Coconut Flavor
5 c. powdered sugar
2-3 c. shredded coconut

Directions:
Mix together softened cream cheese and coconut flavor. Add powdered sugar and 1/2 c. shredded coconut to cream cheese mixture, a little at a time, until smooth. Form balls and roll them in shredded coconut.
Place on a sheet pan and chill for 10-15 minutes before serving. Store in refrigerator.

Coconut Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe

Directions:

 

 

Heat oven to 350 degrees.  Place sweet potatoes in greased 13x9-inch baking dish  and top with apples.  Mix butter,  salt, Bickford Coconut Flavor and Bickford Apple Flavor, Bickford Maple Flavor and pour over apples.  Sprinkle with flaked coconut, cover and bake 30 minutes.  Uncover, bake 20 to 30 minutes or until apples are tender and coconut is lightly browned.

Natural Vanilla Coffee Creamer

Ingredients:

 

  • 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
  • 16 oz. milk of choice (whole, 2%, etc.)
  • 2 tsp. Bickford Pure Vanilla (or Bickford Flavors of your choice)

 

Directions:

 

In medium mixing bowl add all ingredients and whisk together.  Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate.    Pour desired amount into your morning coffee and enjoy!

Chocolate Dipped Macaroon Recipe

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 bag (14 oz) sweetened flaked coconut
  • 1 tsp Bickford Pure Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Bickford Orange Flavor
  • 1 tsp Bickford Coconut Flavor
  •  Whites from 2 large eggs
  • 1 bag (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chip

 

Directions:

 

 

Heat oven to 325o F. Line baking sheet(s) with foil. Coat sheet(s) with nonstick spray and dust with flour.  Mix sweetened condensed milk, flaked coconut, Bickford Pure Vanilla, Bickford Orange Flavor and Bickford Coconut Flavor in a large bowl. Beat egg whites in a small to medium bowl with the mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form when the beaters are lifted. Drop level measuring tablespoons of mixture about 1-inch apart on baking sheet(s).  Bake 14 to 16 minutes until lightly toasted. Slide foil onto a wire rack. Let cool completely. Peel off foil; save foil.  Melt chocolate chips as package directs. Dip bottoms of macaroons in chocolate. Replace on the foil. Slide foil back onto baking sheets. Refrigerate until chocolate sets; peel macaroons off foil. Refrigerate tightly covered with wax paper between layers up to one week.
