Mixed Berry Stuffed French Toast

For this recipe, you'll be making one recipe of Bickford Cinnamon French Toast and preparing the following filling and topping.

Ingredients:

*1 TBSP corn starch
*1/4 cup sugar
*1/4 cup water
*1 cup fresh berries of choice (you can use whole blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, and/or sliced strawberries)
pinch of nutmeg
    • Filling:
      *3 TBSP powdered sugar
      *4 oz cream cheese (room temperature)

      Directions:

      1. While preparing French Toast, add corn starch, sugar, water, berries, and nutmeg to a saucepan and mix well.
      2. Over medium-high heat and stirring frequently, bring mixture to a boil and then immediately turn heat down to med-low. Add Bickford Mixed Berry Flavor. Stir frequently.
      3. In a small bowl, mix all filling ingredients until completely smooth.
      4. For each serving, place one slice of French toast on the plate. Add a dollop of filling and spread over toast. Place another slice of toast on top. Spoon topping over the French toast and serve.

      Easter Bunny Tails

      Ingredients:
      8 oz. cream cheese, softened
      1/2 tsp. Bickford Flavors Coconut Flavor
      5 c. powdered sugar
      2-3 c. shredded coconut

      Directions:
      Mix together softened cream cheese and coconut flavor. Add powdered sugar and 1/2 c. shredded coconut to cream cheese mixture, a little at a time, until smooth. Form balls and roll them in shredded coconut.
      Place on a sheet pan and chill for 10-15 minutes before serving. Store in refrigerator.

      Cappuccino Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe

      Ingredients:

      • 1¼ cup chocolate wafers crushed
      • ¼ tsp Bickford Cinnamon Flavor
      • 1 pk light cream cheese (8 oz)
      • 1 cup sugar
      • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
      • 2 eggs or ½ cup egg substitute
      • 2½ cup light sour cream
      • 2 tbsp Bickford Coffee Flavor
      • 1 tsp Bickford Pure Vanilla Flavor
      • Semi-sweet baking chocolate

      Directions:

      Preheat oven to 325°.   Stir together wafers and Bickford Cinnamon Flavor.  Pat into bottom of 9-inch springform pan.  Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.  Beat in sugar and cocoa powder.  Beat in eggs, stir in 2 cups sour cream, Bickford Coffee Flavor  and Bickford Pure Vanilla Flavor. Turn into pan.  Bake for 30 minutes or until set.  Spread remaining ½ cup sour cream evenly over top.  Return to oven for 1 minute to glaze top.  Cool, then chill, covered, then remove from pan.  Microwave 4 squares of remaining chocolate 1 minute at a time for approximately 2 minutes and drizzle over top.

      Cranberry Orange Pull Apart Bread Recipe

      Ingredients:

       

      • 12 orange rolls or 24 dinner rolls thawed but still cold
      • 3 4-oz pkg non-instant vanilla pudding
      • ¼ cup  dried cranberries
      • 2 tsp Bickford Orange Flavor
      • ½ cup butter or margarine, melted
      • Cream cheese frosting included with rolls

      Directions:

      Cut rolls in half and roll in dry pudding mix. Arrange, alternating with cranberries and rolls in large bundt pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.  Sprinkle remaining pudding over rolls.  Pour melted butter with Bickford Orange Flavor over top.  Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until double in size.  Remove wrap and bake at 350° 30-35 minutes.  Cover with foil last 15 minutes of baking.  Immediately invert onto a serving platter.  Cool slightly and drizzle with cream cheese frosting.

      * If using dinner rolls, add ¼ cup sugar to pudding and follow recipe above. 

       

      Frosting: 

      For frosting, mix 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon melted butter and 2 tablespoons Bickford Orange Flavor.
