Ingredients:
- 1¼ cup chocolate wafers crushed
- ¼ tsp Bickford Cinnamon Flavor
- 1 pk light cream cheese (8 oz)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 eggs or ½ cup egg substitute
- 2½ cup light sour cream
- 2 tbsp Bickford Coffee Flavor
- 1 tsp Bickford Pure Vanilla Flavor
- Semi-sweet baking chocolate
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325°. Stir together wafers and Bickford Cinnamon Flavor. Pat into bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Beat in sugar and cocoa powder. Beat in eggs, stir in 2 cups sour cream, Bickford Coffee Flavor and Bickford Pure Vanilla Flavor. Turn into pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until set. Spread remaining ½ cup sour cream evenly over top. Return to oven for 1 minute to glaze top. Cool, then chill, covered, then remove from pan. Microwave 4 squares of remaining chocolate 1 minute at a time for approximately 2 minutes and drizzle over top.
