S'mores Pudding Dip

3/4 c. sugar
2 tbs. cocoa powder
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tbs. flour
3/4 c skim milk, divided
2 egg yolks
2 tbs. unsalted butter
1/2 tsp. Bickford Flavors Pure Vanilla
2 c. miniature marshmallows

Stir together sugar, salt and flour in small saucepan.  Add enough milk to make a paste.  Add one yolk at a time stirring until smooth.  Stir in balance of milk.  Whisk constantly, bring to a boil over medium heat.  Cook until mixture thickens and bubbles, approximately 5-8 minutes.  Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla, stir until butter melts. Pour into pie dish.  When ready to serve top with marshmallows and place under broiler until browned. 
Serve with graham crackers or sliced fruit.
