Pina Colada Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 can crushed pineapple in juice
  • 1 banana
  • 1 container plain nonfat yogurt (6 ozs.)
  • 2 tsp Bickford Pina Colada Flavor
  • ½ cup ice cubes

 

Directions:

 

 

In a blender, combine crushed pineapple in juice, banana, nonfat yogurt, Bickford Pina Colada Flavor and ice cubesPuree until smooth.  Sprinkle with grated nutmeg and serve.

Grilled Shrimp with Pasta and Pineapple Salsa Recipe

Ingredients:

 

  • 2 -15 oz cans of pineapple chunks in their own juice, drained
  • 1 large red pepper, chopped
  • 1 large red onion, chopped
  • ⅛ tsp Bickford Habanero Flavor, optional
  • 2 tsp Bickford Orange Flavor
  • 2 tsp Bickford  Lime Flavor
  • 1½ lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 6 cups cooked rotini pasta



Directions:

 

In a large bowl, combine all the salsa ingredients EXCEPT the shrimp and the pasta.  Prepare an outside grill with an oiled rack set 4 inches above the heat source. On a gas grill set the heat to high.  Grill the shrimp on each side for 2 minutes, then toss the pasta with the salsa, arrange the shrimp on top and serve.

Seven Flavors Pound Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

 

  • 2 sticks butter
  • 3 cups of sugar
  • ½ cup cooking oil
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 cups flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp each of the following: Bickford Flavors 
    • Lemon Flavor
    • Rum Flavor
    • Pure Vanilla
    • Orange Flavor
    • Coconut Flavor
    • Pineapple Flavor
    • Butter Flavor

 

Directions:

 

With mixer, combine butter and oil. Add sugar and eggs and mix well. Add flour and baking powder, alternating with milk. Add the seven Bickford Flavors. Bake in a greased and floured Bundt pan at 325° for 1¼ to 1½ hours. Cool cake in pan 10 to 15 minutes, and then remove.

Glaze:

 

  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tsp each of the Bickford Flavors


Combine ingredients in small saucepan and dissolve sugar over low heat. Pour glaze over cake.

Mini Egg Rolls with Dipping Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

 

  • 2 pkg egg rolls 
  • FOR DIPPING SAUCE:
  • 1¼ cups medium salsa
  • ¾ cup pineapple juice
  • 1 tsp Bickford Pineapple Flavor
  • ¼ cup lime juice, fresh-squeezed
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ cup crushed pineapple

 

Directions:

 


Prepare egg rolls according to package instructions. Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
