Peanut Butter & Banana Smoothie

Ingredients: 2 bananas, sliced & frozen 1 cup fresh spinach 2 tablespoon Bickford Flavor Peanut Butter Flavor liquid: 1 cup apple juice (sweeter version) or ½ cup water + ½ cup apple juice Directions: 1. In labeled freezer bags, combine the ingredients for each smoothie except the liquid. Keep bags in the freezer. 2. Pina Colada Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:   1 can crushed pineapple in juice 1 banana 1 container plain nonfat yogurt (6 ozs.) 2 tsp Bickford Pina Colada Flavor ½ cup ice cubes   Directions:     In a blender, combine crushed pineapple in juice, banana, nonfat yogurt, Bickford Pina Colada Flavor and ice cubes.  Puree until smooth.  Sprinkle with grated nutmeg and serve.
