Pina Colada Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 can crushed pineapple in juice
  • 1 banana
  • 1 container plain nonfat yogurt (6 ozs.)
  • 2 tsp Bickford Pina Colada Flavor
  • ½ cup ice cubes

 

Directions:

 

 

In a blender, combine crushed pineapple in juice, banana, nonfat yogurt, Bickford Pina Colada Flavor and ice cubesPuree until smooth.  Sprinkle with grated nutmeg and serve.

Berry Refreshing Lemonade Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups cold water
  • 1 can (11.5 oz) berry flavored non-frozen concentrate
  • 3 tbsp Bickford Lemon Flavor W/S
  • 2 tsp Bickford Blackberry Flavor
  • ¼ to ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ice cubes as desired
  • lemon slices (optional)

 

Directions:

Combine water, berry concentrate, Bickford Lemon Flavor and sugar in a large pitcher and stir well.  Serve over ice, garnish with lemon slices.

Amaretto Fruit Dip Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 16 ozs.  Whip topping, thawed in refrigerator
  • 3⅜ ozs. Lemon Jello Instant Pudding/Pie Filling
  • 8 ozs. sour cream
  • 3 tsp. Bickford Amaretto Flavor

Directions:

 Gently whisk together sour cream and Bickford Amaretto Flavor in a medium sized bowl.  Stir in instant pudding mix. Gently but thoroughly stir in Cool Whip.
Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight to combine flavors. Serve with sliced fresh fruit.

Frozen Fruit Slush Recipe

Ingredients:

 

  • 12 oz frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 6 oz frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 20 oz crushed pineapple
  • 8 – 10 ripe bananas
  • 2 tsp Bickford Banana Flavor
  • 1 qt fresh or frozen peaches
  • 2 tsp Bickford Peach Flavor
  • 3 cups water
  • 12 oz lemon-lime soda 
  • grapes or berries for garnish

Directions:

Mix and lightly crush everything except the water and 7-Up. Add the liquids, stir and freeze in a single container. When partially frozen, stir to blend and put in individual cups. Freeze again.  Thaw to slushy consistency and garnish with fresh grapes or berries. Makes 10-12 servings.  (The slush is sweet so the amount of sugar may be reduced if preferred.)

Chicken Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp Bickford Lime Flavor
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Bickford Ginger Flavor
  • Coarse salt and ground pepper
  • 4 ozs thinly sliced cooked chicken breast (1 cup)
  • ½ red bell pepper (ribs and seeds removed) thinly sliced lengthwise into 2-inch strips
  • 2 ozs snow pears, ends trimmed, thinly sliced lengthwise (½ cup)
  • 1 medium carrot, thinly sliced crosswise

Directions:

In a small bowl, combine oil, Bickford Lime Flavor, soy sauce and Bickford Ginger Flavor, season with salt and pepper. Transfer to small airtight container and set aside.  Combine chicken, bell pepper, snow peas and carrot in a separate airtight container.  Refrigerate chicken salad and dressing separately until ready to serve up to overnight. Just before serving, toss salad with dressing
