Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe (with Strawberry Jelly)

Peanut butter and jelly in a cookie form? Yes...oh, yes! More than just a cookie, this gluten free peanut butter cookie recipe is simple and delivers a naturally sourced, premium strawberry flavor.

Requiring just four ingredients, whip up a quick batch and treat yourself:



Combine your peanut butter, sugar, egg and ripe strawberry flavor in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. 

Roll about 2 tablespoons of dough into balls and place onto a lined baking sheet. 

Press each dough ball down and flatten them with the back of a fork. 

Bake cookies for 15 minutes. Let cool and store in an airtight container.
