Reuben Cheese Ball

Perfect for any gathering or celebration, this dip has all the tang and flavor you love about a corned beef Reuben sandwich - rolled up in to a (cheese)ball!



Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 4 ounces (about 1 cup) corned beef, chopped
  • 4 ounces (about 1 cup) Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup sauerkraut, well-drained
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp pickle relish
  • 1/4 tsp Bickford Garlic flavor
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • crackers or rye crostini, for serving

Instructions:
  1. Spread chopped pecans on a 10" piece of plastic wrap. Set aside.
  2. Using electric mixer, combine all ingredients except pecans and crackers.
  3. Scrape sides and scoop mixture into one big ball and place onto the plastic wrap.
  4. Roll the cheeseball in the pecans to coat. Wrap with plastic wrap.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm.
  6. Serve with crackers or rye crostini.

Bickford Mashed Sweet Potatoes

So many of our fans are looking for ways to incorporate their favorite flavors into food without adding allergens or common irritants. Since it's November and we're gearing up for Thanksgiving, here's an allergy-friendly twist on sweet potato casserole. We hope you enjoy it!


Ingredients:

  • 4 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • ½ cup butter, butter substitute, or coconut oil
  • ½–1 cup milk (or milk substitute like coconut milk, cashew milk, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1-2 tsp. Bickford Burnt Sugar flavor


Instructions:

  1. In a large stock pot filled with water, boil the sweet potatoes over high heat, and continue boiling until fork tender—about 10 minutes. Drain sweet potatoes in a colander.
  2. While potatoes are draining, return pot to burner. With pan over med-low heat, add butter, 1/2 cup milk, and honey and whisk until combined. Add vanilla and 1 tsp. Bickford Burnt Sugar flavor.  Whisk to combine.
  3. Add potatoes to pot. Mash to desired consistency. Add additional milk or Bickford Burnt Sugar flavor to taste.

Loopy Cereal Shot

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake well. Pour into shot glasses and (optionally) garnish with floating Fruit Loop cereal.

Chocolate Cheesecake Pudding Shots

Ingredients:

  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. Irish cream liquor
  • 1/2 c. vodka
  • 1 small package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 TBSP Bickford Cheesecake Flavor
  • Whipped cream
  • Chocolate shavings (optional for garnish)


Directions:

  1. Whisk together the milk, Irish cream liqueur, vodka, instant pudding mix, and Bickford Cheesecake flavor in a bowl until combined. Continue whisking for 2 minutes.
  2. Spoon the pudding mixture into shot glasses or disposable 'party shot' cups. Chill until set, about 30 minutes. The shots will have the consistency of mousse.
  3. Serve topped with whipped cream and (optional) chocolate shavings.

Cotton Candy-tini

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 1/4 tsp Bickford Cotton Candy Flavor
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • Splash grenadine
  • Cherries, for garnish

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into chilled martini glass, garnish with a cherry.
