Sausage Chili Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pound roll sausage
3 to 4 tsp Bickford Chili Flavor
1 rounded tsp ground cumin
¾ tsp Bickford Garlic Flavor
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1 can (15 oz.) light red kidney beans (including liquid)
¾ cup water
Directions:
Brown and crumble sausage in large skillet and cook until tender and sausage is no longer pink. Carefully drain off excess drippings. Add all remaining ingredients and simmer 30-45 minutes. Top cooked hot dog with Chili and enjoy! Refrigerate leftovers.
Potato Corn Fritters Recipe
Ingredients: 3 cups frozen corn, thawed and drained 2 pkgs (8½ oz.) corn muffin mix 1 tsp Bickford Basil Flavor 1 tsp Bickford Rosemary Flavor 3 eggs 1½ cups milk 1 pkg refrigerated hash brown potatoes 2 tbsp sugar 2 tsp salt ½ tsp black pepper Directions: Mix all ingredients together. Heat oil in deep fryer to 325°. Drop tablespoon size potato mixture in heated oil. Cook 4-5 minutes or until brown. Drain browned fritters on paper towel. Frozen Fruit Slush Recipe
Ingredients: 12 oz frozen orange juice concentrate 6 oz frozen lemonade concentrate 2 cups sugar 20 oz crushed pineapple 8 – 10 ripe bananas 2 tsp Bickford Banana Flavor 1 qt fresh or frozen peaches 2 tsp Bickford Peach Flavor 3 cups water 12 oz lemon-lime soda grapes or berries for garnish Directions: Mix and lightly crush everything except the water and 7-Up. Add the liquids, stir and freeze in a single container. When partially frozen, stir to blend and put in individual cups. Freeze again. Creamy Lime Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 vanilla Pie filling mix
3½ tsp Bickford Lime Flavor
1 cup whipped topping
1 graham cracker crust
Directions:
Prepare vanilla pie filling as directed on the container, adding 3 tsp Bickford Lime Flavor and (optional) Bickford Green Food Color .
Pour into 9-inch graham cracker crust and chill. Just prior to serving, combine ½ tsp Bickford Lime Flavor with one cup sweetened whipped
topping. Spread evenly.
