Mini Egg Rolls with Dipping Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:   2 pkg egg rolls  FOR DIPPING SAUCE: 1¼ cups medium salsa ¾ cup pineapple juice 1 tsp Bickford Pineapple Flavor ¼ cup lime juice, fresh-squeezed ¼ cup honey ½ cup crushed pineapple   Directions:   Prepare egg rolls according to package instructions. Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.

Amaretto Fruit Dip Recipe

Ingredients: 16 ozs.  Whip topping, thawed in refrigerator 3⅜ ozs. Lemon Jello Instant Pudding/Pie Filling 8 ozs. sour cream 3 tsp. Bickford Amaretto Flavor Directions:  Gently whisk together sour cream and Bickford Amaretto Flavor in a medium sized bowl.  Stir in instant pudding mix. Gently but thoroughly stir in Cool Whip.Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight to combine flavors. Ingredients: 1 (12-ounce) package whole wheat fettuccine ½ tsp Bickford Garlic Flavor 1 tsp Bickford Basil Flavor ½ tsp dried oregano, crumbled ½ tsp Bickford Rosemary Flavor ½ cup vegetable broth, divided 3 cups broccoli florets, chopped 3 cups sliced zucchini 2 cups sliced carrots 2 cups sliced mushrooms 2 cups thinly sliced red bell peppers   Directions:   Cook the pasta according to the package directions and drain well. Strawberry Milk Shake Recipe

Ingredients:  ½ pint fresh strawberries 2 large bananas 1 ¼ cup soyagen powder 1 cup cool water ½ to ¾ cup maple syrup 2 tsp Bickford Strawberry Flavor 1 tsp Bickford Pure Vanilla Flavor 2 tsp Bickford Lemon Flavor 2 cups crushed ice   Directions: Remove stems from strawberries and rinse.  Chop strawberries and bananas into medium chunks, place on separate pieces of wax paper and freeze. Add soyagen powder, water and flavors to blender and set on “stir”.  Remove fruit from freezer and add to mixture. Add ice and set speed on “puree” until smooth.
