Ingredients: 8 oz. package of Cream Cheese (at room temp.) 2 tbs. sugar or sugar substitute 1 tbs. Bickford's Mango Flavor   Directions: Combine and blend cream cheese, sugar, and flavor together. Spread on bagels, fresh fruit, and veggies.

Ingredients: 1/2 cup Butter, softened 4 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar 1 1/2 tsp. any choice of Bickford Flavor 5 to 6 tbs. 2% Milk   Directions: In a large bowl cream butter untnil light and fluffy. Beat in cofectioner's sugar, flavor of choice, and milk to achieve desired consistency.   Flavor Ideas: Vanilla, Maple, Lemon, Raspberry, Violet, or Champagne
