S'mores Pudding Dip

Ingredients:3/4 c. sugar2 tbs. cocoa powder1/8 tsp. salt2 tbs. flour3/4 c skim milk, divided2 egg yolks2 tbs. unsalted butter1/2 tsp. Bickford Flavors Pure Vanilla2 c. miniature marshmallowsDirections:Stir together sugar, salt and flour in small saucepan.  Add enough milk to make a paste.  Add one yolk at a time stirring until smooth.  Stir in balance of milk.  Whisk constantly, bring to a boil over medium heat.  Cook until mixture thickens and bubbles, approximately 5-8 minutes.  Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla, stir until butter melts. Cranberry Orange Pull Apart Bread Recipe
