Fig Apple Raisin Bread Pudding Recipe
Ingredients: 2/3 cup raisins 3 tbs. Bickford’s Fig Flavor 1/4 cup marsala (brandy) 9 slices sandwich bread (white sandwich bread slices) 5 tbs. butter (room temperature) 1/2 cup sugar 3 large eggs 1 egg yolk 1 ½ cups whipping cream 1 ½ cups milk 2 tsp. Bickford’s Lemon Flavor 1 tsp. Bickford’s Pure Vanilla 1 apple (peeled, cored & chopped) Directions: Combine raisins, fig flavor and marsala in small bowl. Let stand 30 minutes.
