Mint Cream Brownie Recipe


 

Ingredients:

 

  • ½ cup butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1-1/4 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

 

Directions:

 

Mix ingredients and pour into a 15”x10”x1” greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Chill in refrigerator completely.


Mint Layer:

  • ½ cup butter (softened)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 Tablespoon milk or half & half
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Bickford’s Peppermint Flavor
  • several drops of green food coloring

 

Mix well and spread evenly over cake and refrigerate until firm.

 

Chocolate topping:

  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 lb. chocolate chips


Melt together and spread evenly over the top of green layer.
