Cotton Candy-tini

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 1/4 tsp Bickford Cotton Candy Flavor
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • Splash grenadine
  • Cherries, for garnish

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into chilled martini glass, garnish with a cherry.

Burnt Sugar Gin Toddie

This punch yields about 1 quart, enough to serve 4 toddies.

Ingredients

  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 lemons, thinly sliced, seeds removed
  • 1 1/3 c. gin
  • 2 1/2 c. filtered or mineral water (still)
  • 3/4 c. sherry (dark, ‘cream’ sherry)
  • 2/3 c. demerara sugar (or brown sugar)
  • 1 TBSP Bickford Burnt Sugar flavor

Instructions

  1. Add sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, and water to a 2-3 qt. saucepan.
  2. Bring to a simmer and stir to dissolve the sugar and continue simmering for 5 minutes.
  3. Add gin and sherry.
  4. Increase heat to med-high and allow punch to steam for 3 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat. Add sliced lemons and Bickford Burnt Sugar flavor. Stir.
  6. Add more sugar, flavor, or water to your personal taste. Pour into mugs, each with a lemon slice, and serve warm.

Pumpkin Beermosa

A harvest twist on the mimosa, this cocktail combines your favorite Belgian white or apple cider beer with tangy orange juice and spicy Bickford Pumpkin flavor.

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. In a tall lager or pint glass, pour your beer.
  2. Add orange juice and 0.5-1 tsp Bickford Pumpkin flavor (depending on how much of the flavor you want in your drink).
  3. Stir gently.
  4. Garnish with an orange slice, if desired.

Spiced Caramel Apple Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz spiced rum
  • 3 oz ginger ale
  • Bickford Flavors Caramel water soluble flavor
  • 2 oz Apple Cider
  • Cinnamon-sprinkled apple slices (optional for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Add spiced rum followed by ginger ale and apple cider.
  3. Add 1/4 tsp Bickford Flavors Caramel flavor.
  4. Stir gently to combine.
  5. Garnish with cinnamon-sprinkled apple slice, if desired.

Bubblegum Vodka

  • Vodka
  • 1 tsp Bickford Bubblegum Flavor

 

Directions:


Mix 1 shot of Vodka of your choice with 1 tsp. of Bickford’s Bubblegum flavor into a glass jar. Allow to steep overnight. Pour and enjoy!
