Chocolate Hazelnut Fondue

Ingredients: 1.5 cups half-and-half 1 cup heavy cream 1.5 pounds bittersweet or semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped 3 TBSP Bickford Hazelnut Flavor (Optional) 1/4 cup chopped toasted hazelnuts Instructions: In 2 quart heavy saucepan, heat half-and-half and cream over low heat until bubbles form on the edges of the pan. Add chocolate, 1/2 cup at a time, whisking constantly until chocolate is melted and blended with the cream. Remove from heat, add Bickford Hazelnut flavor and stir. S'mores Pudding Dip

Ingredients:3/4 c. sugar2 tbs. cocoa powder1/8 tsp. salt2 tbs. flour3/4 c skim milk, divided2 egg yolks2 tbs. unsalted butter1/2 tsp. Bickford Flavors Pure Vanilla2 c. miniature marshmallowsDirections:Stir together sugar, salt and flour in small saucepan.  Add enough milk to make a paste.  Add one yolk at a time stirring until smooth.  Stir in balance of milk.  Whisk constantly, bring to a boil over medium heat.  Cook until mixture thickens and bubbles, approximately 5-8 minutes.  Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla, stir until butter melts. Peppermint Pudding Shots

Ingredients: 1-3.4 oz chocolate instant pudding 3/4 c. milk 1/2 c. Rum Chata 1 tsp. Bickford Flavors Peppermint 1-8 oz whipped topping whipping cream (optional) Directions: Mix pudding, milk, Bickford Peppermint Flavor and Rum Chata until smooth and starting to set slightly.
