Ingredients: 3 cups frozen corn, thawed and drained 2 pkgs (8½ oz.) corn muffin mix 1 tsp Bickford Basil Flavor 1 tsp Bickford Rosemary Flavor 3 eggs 1½ cups milk 1 pkg refrigerated hash brown potatoes 2 tbsp sugar 2 tsp salt ½ tsp black pepper Directions: Mix all ingredients together. Heat oil in deep fryer to 325°. Drop tablespoon size potato mixture in heated oil. Cook 4-5 minutes or until brown. Drain browned fritters on paper towel. Ingredients: 1 package bread mix 1½ tsp Bickford Basil Flavor 6 ounces tomato juice 6 ounces beer Sun Dried Tomatoes (optional) Cooking spray Directions: In bowl combine all ingredients and mix just until blended. Spray a jelly roll pan with cooking spray. Shape bread into an oblong loaf. Bake at 375° for 35-40 minutes.
Ingredients: 2 tbs. Bickford’s Lemon Flavor 1 tsp. Bickford’s Basil Flavor ¼ tsp. lemon pepper ¼ tsp. freshly ground sea salt, to taste 2 cans (15 oz each) cannelloni beans or great northern beans, drained and rinsed Directions: Combine all ingredients in food processor and process until smooth. Spoon into bowl; cover and chill for several hours or overnight to blend flavors. Serve with pita crisps or tortilla chips.
