- 1½ pounds extra lean ground beef
- ¾ cup bread crumbs
- 2 small eggs
- 2 tbsp Bickford Chili Flavor
- 1 tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp Bickford Habanero Flavor
Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and knead together with hands until wel mixed. Form into 1-inch balls and brown in a Teflon-coated or lightly oiled frying pan, turning or rolling them to get all sides crusty. Then place meatballs in a 9” x 13” baking pan and bake in a preheated 350° oven for about 25 minutes.
** NOTE: The can be made a day ahead and warmed up to serve in a chafing dish with picks for eating. Makes about 2 dozen meatballs.
