Cheese Puffs Recipe

Ingredients: 4 ounces Cheddar cheese ⅛ teaspoon Bickford Nutmeg Flavor 1 cup water 1 cup potato starch flour ½ cup (1 stick) margarine or butter 4 large eggs  Directions: Preheat oven to 400°.  Grate the cheese (you should have 1 cup). Set aside. Place water, margarine and Bickford Nutmeg Flavor in a 2- to 3-quart saucepan. Bring to a full boil over medium heat. Turn off the heat and add the flour all at once, stirring until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a ball. Remove from stove.  Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition....
