Ingredients: 4 ounces Cheddar cheese ⅛ teaspoon Bickford Nutmeg Flavor 1 cup water 1 cup potato starch flour ½ cup (1 stick) margarine or butter 4 large eggs Directions: Preheat oven to 400°. Grate the cheese (you should have 1 cup). Set aside. Place water, margarine and Bickford Nutmeg Flavor in a 2- to 3-quart saucepan. Bring to a full boil over medium heat. Carmel Corn Recipe
Ingredients:
8 qts. popcorn
2 lbs. peanuts
2 cup brown sugar
2 sticks butter (unsalted)
½ cup white corn syrup
1 tsp. salt (optional
½ tsp. baking soda
9 x 13 baking pan or large pan
1 tsp. Bickford’s Pure Vanilla
Directions:
Combine brown sugar, butter, syrup, salt in a saucepan. Boil for 5 minutes. Stir once. Take off the heat and stir in baking soda. Butter a pan large enough for popcorn and peanuts. Pour mixture over popcorn and peanuts. Bake in oven at 250° F for one hour.
Stir every 15 minutes.
