Cheese Puffs Recipe

Ingredients: 4 ounces Cheddar cheese ⅛ teaspoon Bickford Nutmeg Flavor 1 cup water 1 cup potato starch flour ½ cup (1 stick) margarine or butter 4 large eggs  Directions: Preheat oven to 400°.  Grate the cheese (you should have 1 cup). Set aside. Place water, margarine and Bickford Nutmeg Flavor in a 2- to 3-quart saucepan. Bring to a full boil over medium heat. Carmel Corn Recipe

Ingredients: 8 qts. popcorn  2 lbs. peanuts   2 cup brown sugar   2 sticks butter (unsalted)   ½ cup white corn syrup   1 tsp. salt (optional   ½ tsp. baking soda   9 x 13 baking pan or large pan   1 tsp. Bickford’s Pure Vanilla  Directions: Combine brown sugar, butter, syrup, salt in a saucepan. Boil for 5 minutes. Stir once. Take off the heat and stir in baking soda. Swedish Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients: 1½ pounds extra lean ground beef  ¾ cup bread crumbs  2 small eggs  2 tbsp Bickford Chili Flavor  1 tsp salt  ⅛ tsp pepper  ¼ tsp Bickford Habanero Flavor    Directions: Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and knead together with hands until wel mixed. Form into 1-inch balls and brown in a Teflon-coated or lightly oiled frying pan, turning or rolling them to get all sides crusty. Easy Baked Ravioli Recipe

Ingredients: 2 tsp. Italian dressing  1 medium red pepper, chopped  ⅛ tsp. Bickford’s Garlic Flavor  1 can (15 oz) marinara sauce  ¼ tsp. crushed red pepper (optional)  1 pkg. (9 oz) four cheese ravioli, cooked and drained  ½ cup shredded low-moisture part-skim   mozzarella cheese  Directions: Preheat oven to 350°F.
