Candied Popcorn
Ingredients: 12 cups popped popcorn 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 (3 oz.) package unflavored gelatin 2 tsp. Bickford Flavors Toffee (or flavor of choice) Directions: Heat oven to 300º F. Line large shallow roasting pan with heavy foil, extending foil over edges of pan. Butter foil. Pour popcorn into prepared pan. Keep warm in oven. Combine sweetened condensed milk, toffee flavor and dry gelatin in medium saucepan. Garlic Flavored Popcorn Recipe
Ingredients:
½ cup popcorn kernels
2 tsp. Bickford’s Garlic Flavor
½ cup canola oil
salt as desired
Directions:
Turn on stove to a medium – high heat. Pour oil in saucepan and let heat for 1-2 minutes. Add flavor, salt and corn. Once a kernel has popped cover with lid. Shake pan across the burner continuously. Once popcorn has stopped popping move to an unheated burner. Pour in bowl and enjoy!

Carmel Corn Recipe
Ingredients:
8 qts. popcorn
2 lbs. peanuts
2 cup brown sugar
2 sticks butter (unsalted)
½ cup white corn syrup
1 tsp. salt (optional
½ tsp. baking soda
9 x 13 baking pan or large pan
1 tsp. Bickford’s Pure Vanilla
Directions:
Combine brown sugar, butter, syrup, salt in a saucepan. Boil for 5 minutes. Stir once. Take off the heat and stir in baking soda. Butter a pan large enough for popcorn and peanuts. Pour mixture over popcorn and peanuts. Bake in oven at 250° F for one hour.
Stir every 15 minutes.
